What is HEAT TREAT?

HEAT TREAT Blemish Prevention Kit combines the science of a medicated anti-acne solution and gentle massaging heat to kill acne bacteria, unclog pores and prevent new blemishes from forming.

How do I use HEAT TREAT?

Step 1: Apply a thin layer of HEAT TREAT Blemish Prevention Treatment all over face after cleansing and drying skin in the evening.

Step 2: Press the Device Power Button. Your device will warm-up and start vibrating immediately.

Step 3: Gently massage the device over your face, avoiding delicate eye area, until the treatment is thoroughly absorbed.

Step 4: Press the device power button again to turn it off. Do not wipe or wash off the treatment from your skin.

Note: Your HEAT TREAT device will turn itself off automatically after five minutes.

What does the HEAT TREAT Device do, and how is it different from the HOT SPOT or other ZENO Devices?

The HEAT TREAT Device warms to a soothing temperature and gently vibrates to massage the exclusive blemish treatment solution onto the skin, optimizing results. The Device has an unlimited life and is designed to be used all over the face in combination with the HEAT TREAT Blemish Prevention Treatment.The HOT SPOT and is more appropriate and eficacious in treating and eliminating individual pimples.

The HEAT TREAT prevents pimples and the HOT SPOT treats the occasional pimple that pops up.

Will HEAT TREAT Blemish Prevention Kit work on my cystic acne?

Zeno HEAT TREAT is only for the prevention and treatment of blemishes, whiteheads and blackheads in persons with mild to moderate inflammatory acne. If you have cystic acne, you should consult your health care professional for the right treatment plan for you.

Does HEAT TREAT work on blackheads or whiteheads?

The HEAT TREAT Blemish Prevention Kit destroys 99.9% of the bacteria that causes acne and helps to stop breakouts before they start. If you regularly get blackheads or whiteheads, HEAT TREAT will both clear them up and help prevent their recurrence

Does HEAT TREAT hurt?

HEAT TREAT does not hurt. It gently warms to a soothing temperature and then softly vibrates against the skin, working the Blemish Prevention Treatment solution onto the top layer of the skin. You can compare the heat emitted by HEAT TREATto that of a warm compress.

Will HEAT TREAT work on my acne scars?

HEAT TREAT is not for use on acne scars.

Is HEAT TREAT refillable? Do I need to replace it or buy replacement cartridges?

There are no replacement cartridges for the HEAT TREAT Device and it has an unlimited life, but you will need to replace the Blemish Prevention Treatment. Refills for the Blemish Prevention Treatment are sold separately.

Is it okay to use HEAT TREAT in combination with prescription medication?

You will need to consult with your doctor if you are on any oral or topical medication that causes changes in your skin, such as sensitivity to light and heat. Using other topical acne medications at the same time or immediately following use of this product may increase dryness or irritation of the skin. If this occurs, only one medication should be used unless directed by a doctor.

Can I use HEAT TREAT multiple times in one day?

You may use HEAT TREAT up to three times per day.

Can I use the Heat Treat device with other topical over the counter products?

The HEAT TREAT Device and Treatment were developed to work together as a system and therefore, should be used as such. We are not able to guarantee results should either be used without the other. However, the HEAT TREAT Kit can certainly fit into your regular skincare regimen.
